The Harmonic Egg experience is 50- minutes of sound, light and vibration therapy including 10 minutes of silence (for integration of the nervous system). Before your session begins, there will be time allotted for a 1-on-1 consultation, which will help us to create your individualised session.

Please note, refunds are available within 2 weeks of purchase- after this, no refund is possible.

Please allow 1hr 15 max for your appointment. This includes 50 minutes insight the egg and some consultation time.
Please bear in mind that the appointment time must strictly be adhered to, so as not to run into other clients consultations time.
Note:
Please be aware there is a height restriction of 6ft 4in (193cm) and a weight restriction of 21st (133kg) due to the capacity of the zero gravity chair.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy at the Harmonic Egg Newcastle, we require at least a 24hr cancellation notice prior to your appointment. If the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. Attempt to change your appointment within 24 hours from your reserved treatment will be considered a cancellation and the cancellation policy will be applied. Please note that if you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, this also results in The Harmonic Egg Newcastle losing that slot and giving someone else who needs the service, the opportunity to receive the service from us. Failure to turn up to your appointment ‘No show’ will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Your appointments are very important to the team members at the Harmonic Egg Newcastle. Your appointment is reserved especially for you and where we understand that at times schedule adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 24 hrs notice for rescheduling.

The change of time and date can be done by cancelling your existing appointment via a cancellation link (you can find this in the appointment confirmation email that you received) and scheduling a new appointment via online booking system. Online cancellation is possible only outside of 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Alternatively, you can contact Massage the Harmonic Egg Newcastle and request rescheduling. Please, if you use email, state “reschedule” in the subject of the email.
