For remote session we require:
• picture of the person/pet/location (can be sent by post or scanned and emailed)
• full birth name
• date of birth
Distance sessions are treated the same as in-person sessions. Before we begin a session, we call to discuss and set the intention for the session. Then picture is placed in the Egg, an intention is set and selected music is played. The picture remains in the egg for 40 minutes of music and 10 minutes of silence.

Once a session(s) is confirmed and purchased, a member of the team from Harmonic Egg Newcastle will ring and/ or email you (from the details input when purchasing) to work out an appropriate date/ time slots that work for you. Refunds are available within 2 weeks of purchase- after this, no refund is possible.

Polite Notice:
Please allow 1hr 15 max for your appointment. This includes 50 minutes insight the egg and some consultation time.
Please bear in mind that the appointment time must strictly be adhered to, so as not to run into other clients consultations time.
Note:
Please be aware there is a height restriction of 6ft 4in (193cm) and a weight restriction of 21st (133kg) due to the capacity of the zero gravity chair.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy at the Harmonic Egg Newcastle, we require at least a 24hr cancellation notice prior to your appointment. If the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. Attempt to change your appointment within 24 hours from your reserved treatment will be considered a cancellation and the cancellation policy will be applied. Please note that if you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, this also results in The Harmonic Egg Newcastle losing that slot and giving someone else who needs the service, the opportunity to receive the service from us. Failure to turn up to your appointment ‘No show’ will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Your appointments are very important to the team members at the Harmonic Egg Newcastle. Your appointment is reserved especially for you and where we understand that at times schedule adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 24 hrs notice for rescheduling.
How To Reschedule?
The change of time and date can be done by cancelling your existing appointment via a cancellation link (you can find this in the appointment confirmation email that you received) and scheduling a new appointment via online booking system. Online cancellation is possible only outside of 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Alternatively, you can contact Massage the Harmonic Egg Newcastle and request rescheduling. Please, if you use email, state “reschedule” in the subject of the email.
How To Cancel?
Cancellations more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment can be done online using the cancellation link in the confirmation email, or by sending a text message to this mobile number: 07928144689
Less than 24 hours cancellations will be accepted only by emailing [email protected] or calling/ texting the centre 07928144689. Less than 24 hours cancellation will be charged 50% of the amount of the reserved service. ‘No show’ will be charged the full amount of the reserved service.
